I thought I would feel relief once I heard the heartbeat but I feel more stressed. Did anyone else feel like this or am I the only one?

This exactly. We saw our baby's heartbeat at 7 weeks and then discovered a mmc at 11 weeks last time so the heartbeat didn't make me feel safe this time. Feeling kicks and rolls really puts me at ease now and it's the best part of pregnancy so far.
However, at ten weeks I saw him move around like crazy. For some reason, that hit us as a giant moment. I was instantly bawling and my doctor actually left the room with the sonogram still on to give us a moment alone with our child. That moment is still one of the most meaningful moments of this pregnancy.

This will be me, too. I saw the heart beat a little over 8 wks first time around. Then it stopped about a week later. I think I'll be more calm after first trimester!
