Yes! I'm prone to lower back pain and sciatica normally... ever since a snowboarding accident a few years ago. But my brother is a physical therapist. He had explained that it could also be from the hips kinda widening. At any rate, he gave me some exercises to do. I've been trying to do them every day and I think they've been helping.
The exercises involve me laying on my back so I'm hoping to strengthen my back and abs now, before I can't lay on my back anymore.
I am walking funny too! I'm glad it's not just me then, because so many of my friends only mention frequent peeing and nausea.. those seem to be my more minor symptoms. I will have to try some stretches out. Thanks for the tips.
