Potato recipes?

So...

walmart just delivered 4 18-wheelers FULL of potatoes to the ranch. Apparently it's cheaper to send the extra food they purchased for thanksgiving that nobody bought in store, here for free than pay per ton at the dump.  

I have 40lbs of potatoes in the kitchen and a barn full if we want more. Tomorrow they are delivering pumpkins.

I need potato recipes, pretty please.

I have a dough recipe with mashed potatoes in it.

Breakfast potatoes, potato cheese soup, baked potato soup, potato cakes, if you get a light bulb stuck you can use a potato to take out the broken bulb!!! Good luck potato queen!!
