Holiday fitness update!

Nov. 15th I decided to get 150 more miles in for 2012 to make my yearly total 1000.  So far I have completed 54 (and every other day of Jillian's 6 week, 6 pack, level 2).  33 days left of the year and 96 miles left.  At this point it is under 3 miles a day and I have been running 4 miles a day for the last week.  If I keep it up, I should be done with my 1000 miles before Christmas, then onto another goal!

What are you doing to combat holiday weight gain?

    I don't really gain weight over the holidays, because if I overeat one day, I manage it the next with a really clean diet and move my butt more! But, my theory is always, everything in moderation, and I am a person who thrives on moderation, so if I want an extra glass of wine and a steak, I'll have it!
