How do you keep track of fellow Bumpies? NIFR

Ladies,

I really really love coming to TB, especially this board, but unfortunately because there are so many of us (man, does THAT suck!) I have a hard time keeping track of you all.  I know there are some of us that don't post often (that's okay, I used to be one of them), but there are us that post more and want to keep up with regulars.  

I thought about creating a list in excel of the regulars and searching every couple of days.  I've tried to remember names/avatars, but they are so creative it's hard to remember.  

I do know that many of you are super organized and very creative, so if you've come up with a way to check in on your regs here - would love to know your secrets!

I pretty much just recognize people siggy's.  Having a blurb about history helps to refresh my memory.

Some of the boards have gone to private Facebook pages. I would think that would be easier being able to put a face with a name. I have thought about the fb thing lately and think it would maybe be nice to have a newsfeed for us ladies. I could be way off and it's just a suggestion of course. But like you I struggle to keep up with who's who, the only way I semi do is by siggys.

Agreed!  And mobile format doesn't let you access all boards.  Double grrrrr.  So should I drop a pic in my sig as well as what I have as avatar?

Totally agree with this, this is how I remember people. And I hate the mobile bump site - it is TERRIBLE!

Okay, I'm such a dweeb, paint?  really?  like you painted on the pic then scanned it?   Forgive me, I'm old enough that I wasn't using the interweb until I was working for about 3 years.  Ack, pass me my walker!

Hehe.  No I uploaded my picture into the Paint program on most PCs.  Then I added my text.  Then I used tinypic.com to resize the picture to use it in my siggy.  Someone that is skilled in graphic design would shutter to think that I used the Paint program as my editing software.
