Why is it that there is a difference between the ounces in the lacoish bags and the Medea bags? How am I suppose to know how much I have?

Agree with PP.  The measurements on the bags suck, because volume is dependent on dimensions.  I measure it in a bottle first.  I usually store a bottle's worth.  So when DD was smaller, I stored 4 ounces at a time.  Now I store 5 at a time.  I've also read that you should freeze two at a time because you're less likely to waste any.
