DH and I have decided our method of sweeping with the broom and then using a swiffer wet is just not cutting it anymore. We thought about trying the H2O mop or the Shark Steam Mop. Has anyone used either? I'm tired of my floor being so disgusting. Thanks:)
Re: What do you use to clean kitchen floor?
Even though it's a complete pain and I hate doing it, I now scrub the kitchen and dining room on my hands and knees with a bucket of Mr. Clean. I have had two reconstructive knee surgeries, so it's no picnic to spend 30 minutes on my knees, but I feel like I get the floor so much cleaner when I'm right there at eye level. My mop never did well in the corners and I felt like it was never quite clean. If I could find another way, I would!

I also believe there is NOTHING like the sweat equity of your arm strength, and scrubbing right there on the floor with your hands.
My floors are always gross, too! It's so hard with two small kids and a bad back. At least my son is pretty good about picking up if I ask him.
