shots at 2 year appt?

I was just wondering if they get shots at their 24 month appt...i'm being brave and scheduled my kids 4 month and 24 month appt together!!! I know at 4 months she'll be getting shots...but wondering about the 2 year............

They only shot we got was a flu shot. There was a blood draw, though.

I don't remember DD1 getting any shots at 2 years, but there might have been a booster for something. DD2 was only a few months old, so that time of life is a little foggy  

If your older one does get shots, I recommend doing hers before the baby's. DD1 saw DD2 get her 12 month shots minutes before getting her own flu shot and freaked out when she realized what was coming. I should have had her done first.

We were told most 2 year appointments usually don't have shots, but DS still had a hep shot he needed. So I guess it depends.

DD got Hep A at her two year.

DD1 has the same shirt yours does. She outgrew it after the first time she wore it

DD1 had a shot but I don't remember what it was. Also, they drew her blood because the house I live in was built before a certain time, and they wanted to test for lead poisoning. Not sure why that was even a cause for concern, but the shot was probably a flu shot. I think they get another series of shots at 4.
