How do you use Mascarpone? I bought some at Trader Joes and I have o idea what to make with it.

Yum, I love mascarpone cheese!  It's similiar to cream cheese so you can use it in place of that...although it's a little sweeter so take that into account.  It's also amazing putting a dollop on spagetti and meatballs!  Heck, it's good in any pasta!

I've used it for making brownies and other desserts that called for it. Try googling. I'm sure you will find some use for it! GL

Spread it on a crisp, thin piece of toast, add a slice of smoked salmon/lox and drizzle with honey.

(ETA:  There are some types of smoked salmon you're not supposed to eat if you are/might be pg.  So keep that in mind.  I think the non-refrigerated, vacuum sealed are supposed to be fine.)

Try checking out food network, Giada uses it in a lot of her recipes. I agree with the PP it is great to finish off pasta sauces.

Thanks for the suggestions. I am dipping my cinnamon pita chips in it and man is it good. I did find a recipe for chicken Marsala from Giada that I will make if I don't eat this whole thing.
