My son goes to a daycare facility full-time and has two teachers in his room (he is 2). How much are you spending for the holidays for your daycare teacher(s) if your DC goes to a daycare facility full-time?
DD goes to daycare full-time and I love these ladies! There are 3 teachers in her room and I will probably give them each a $50 gift certificate and put in money to the group gift (the class mom collects money and gets a gift for the support staff, owner, teachers, etc).
Ok compared to pp I feel a little cheap. DD has at least 4 teachers (some in am and some in afternoon). I get them stuff from Bath and Body Works. I usually get them each 2-3 things in the travel size when the store has the semi-annual sale in the summer. hangs head in shame compared to pp
we've always done $50/each in the past, but now we have 2 dds, which means 6 teachers, plus the director and asst. director. That seems crazy! so I'm not usre what we're going to do this year.

Don't! I think it scales a lot by where you live, which effects the price you pay for daycare.
The standard thing at DS's daycare used to be $200 for each family - there were 3 teachers, so I guess roughly that splits to just under $70 each for them. We usually did $100 for the head of the room and $50 for the other 2 teachers though, the head of the room really did do twice the work (not that the others were bad, they were all great but she was head for a reason).
