Things are finally looking up. DH's new job is going well, he is getting the help he needs, we are communicating, he is spending time with his family (supervised only, of course), and he is stepping up in ways I have never seen before. It's like my best friend is back. We are going on 2 weeks of this, so hopefully he really is the man I thought he was. Just had to share since I hadn't updated in a while.

That is great! Maybe he just needed a wake up call. Some people are just too proud to get help. I speak from experience with that one. Hope everything continues to get better.
