Angry baby

Is anyone else suddenly dealing with an angry baby? It's almost as if Sophie just discovered the difference between anger and all her other emotions. She has this angry growl she does; it sounds like her "straining to poop" sound, but without the red face. Anyway, I have had a very grumpy baby today; she's been positively raging. Just wondering if my kid is the only one who isn't sunshine and sparkles.

We went through the angry baby syndrome just a few weeks ago.  I actually wrote a really similar post asking if anyone else had an upset angry baby!   It was a flash back to the colic days and I dreaded each day we woke up knowing what the day would hold with almost all crying instead of smiles.  Looking at your ticker, it was right around the 8.5 month mark as well.  He would be super upset literally over anything.  I think part of it was him teething, but just exerting his emotion.  We are back to our mostly happy baby, but usually have about a once a day glimpse of the angry upset baby.  I am going with it is a phase. Hopefully she will get over it fast.

Natalia crawls around with a scowl on her face 90% of the time. It's awesome when she cries for me to pick her up and then cries to get down when I do pick her up. Luckily Olivia is still happy - even when she gets mad she just throws something, laughs, and then claps. The difference between the two of them is night and day and it can be tough to not gravitate to the happy baby.

Same. My baby has always been so relaxed. All of a sudden he's started growling, screaming, and yelling all. the. time. As if his life is so hard. It is a good thing he is cute!
