My son is almost 8 months & I just stopped nursing yesterday to start drying up. On top of the horrible physical pain I am feeling all emotional but wanted to reach a stopping point soon and thought this week (while off work) would be a good time. I'm going to miss that bonding time! Maybe time for baby #2!

Are you just going to stop nursing or did you reduce the number of feeding per day slowly? My friend who just finished nursing said her doctor recommended reducing feedings so that her body would adjust with out to much engorgement and pain. 

 My son is only 3 months old and though I know its to soon for us to have another one just yet. I miss being pregnant and felling my little one move around. You will always find a way to bond with your little one. Also congrats on going 8 months!
