The way I make them is to mix together chopped up cube steak (although you could probably substitute regular ground beef), chopped spinach, an onion, and an egg. ?Fill each wrap with desired amount of filling and seal shut with a little bit of water. ?Preheat a non-stick skillet with a thin layer of oil, and fry them in batches, covered, without turning (the bottoms should crisp and the steam will cook the rest of them). ?Serve with a dipping sauce of 1/2 soy sauce, 1/2 vinegar (any kind). ?
