I'm in charge of the bread/rolls for the Thanksgiving at my parents. I was thinking of just popping a bunch of crescent rolls in the oven because I think crescent rolls are amazing, but I'm wondering if that's the best type of roll for Thanksgiving dinner. WDPT?
Re: What kind of rolls should I bring?
Butter flake rolls
::Homer drooling sound::
Mmmmm, those are really good. Maybe I'll do a combo.
What are butter flake rolls?
Drool! Those are seriously good rolls.
Dude, I'm not MAKING anything, I'm no superwoman like you:). I'll be unwrapping and sticking in the oven.
These and brush with homemade honey butter!
I actually think these:
are better. Something about cooking them in the tin thing makes them turn out softer and then they just melt in your mouth.
Those look awesome. I really don't think our Walmart carries them, I wonder if Alberson's or Kroger would.
Okay, so what I'm getting is that I should bring any other roll besides crescent rolls. Waaaah.
ETA oh yay, somebody around here likes crescent rolls!
Bahaha, good one!
We ended up getting King Hawaiian savory butter rolls, yum.
