I think Ash will get a kick out of the Elmo chair, but it is smaller and I don't think he will be able to use it as long as the others. I like that the others are not so obnoxious and will go better with our living room furniture. I prefer the black one to the blue because it will go with our furniture, however the black looks more bean baggy than the blue and the blue looks more stable.

I am also trying to take advantage of my free shipping from my Amazon Prime trial!

Who would have thought that picking a chair for a 17 month old was so hard?

We got this one a few months ago and LOVE it. It says it is a rocker, but we just didn't put them on, so it is a regular chair. It cleans up so easily (I let her snack in it) and it has a nice structure.

We highly considered this one, but the one I linked was quite a bit cheaper for certain colors and came in very neutral tones that matched our other furniture.

These are great chairs and are basically pbk chairs (same covers, different fill) and they are much cheaper.

Yeah...I would favor this one over the choices you posted.  I have this one but guessing you aren't looking to spend this much.  My mom bought it for Stella's first birthday...she absolutely loves, the cover comes off and can be thrown in the wash.  I imagine this will last her a while.

I was looking at the ugly where chairs, but when I saw a pick of the blue one it didn't look like it was made very well. Maybe it was just a bad pic.

The shipping on it is almost 1/2 the price of the chair though...the cheap skate in me has a hard time with that! Plus Ash likes to relocate furniture a lot. It looks a bit too heavy for that.

We got the tan one which shipped free with prime. Different colors have different shipping. I guess depending on the vendor. It is heavy for a kid to move, but that's why I liked it, because she can't tip it over when she flings herself in it.

I love these! They don't seem to have any of the mini ones available. Did you get a regular sized one or a mini one?

I personally don't have one but my friend does. The regular one will last for years so I would not get the mini.

I ended up ordering one on Thanksgiving. It went on sale and became prime eligible so it ended up costing $39 instead of $80.

 The price is back up to $45 but is still eligible for free shipping if anyone else was thinking of getting one!
