Ok a little back story: I'm not on birth control because H and I were going to TTC starting in September. Well things came up, and we decided to wait. We are a pullout method kind of couple.
Anyway I've had my period 4 previous times, and I wouldn't say it is regular but always within 2 to 3 days of the last one. All of my periods have been like a week long and ridiculously heavy, and my last one was Oct. 19.
Well on Nov. 4....I'll just say there was a miscommunication, and H didn't pull out. On the 10th, I wiped and noticed light pink. Well that continued for 3 days. It never reached my pad. That was weird because I hadn't had any in between spotting before. I started freaking out that maybe it was implantation bleeding. With ds, I spotted like that when I was 5 weeks. So here it is the 19th and no period. Of course it could come a few days late. Anyway I did POAS, and it was negative. I'll take another in a few days if there is nothing, but I don't want to keep taking them if on the 10th was all aunt flo brought this month. I also don't want to wind up on "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant". Lol Just had to get that off my chest.

Re: POAS tmi.
No it was a wondfo. With DS though, I didn't get a positive until 5 days after when I expected my period, and my period was regular then. I want to be like "oh it was negative so forgot about it," but I can't! It's been in my mind since the 10th lol.

Since people on here know I am blunt, I will just say it:
If you truly want to wait and you truly were freaking out thinking you were pregnant, it is time to invest in some real birth control.
What you are doing right now (with the pull out method) is TTC.
I hope your future pregnancy tests show what you want them to show.
When I was pregnant with Addy I also had the Wondfo tests and they were still showing negative when I got my first positive from an EPT test (non-digital). I would splurge on another "better" brand in this case. It wasn't until a few days later, after the first EPT test had a positive, that the Wondfo tests finally showed a positive. I know some people swear by them but for me they were not as "sensitive."
I'd test again in a week. No need to call the doctor unless you get to CD60 without a + or AF. If you test next week and it's -, I'd think you're "safe".
ETA: the "safe" assumption is based on the fact that sperm can only live inside you for so long before they either die or meet up with the egg. And once they meet up with the egg, it's going to take a set number of days before it implants, or also dies. And then, after it implants, there are only a few days before you'll see a + pregnancy test. If you make it to next week, I'd say you can be reasonably sure you're not KU.

We were only pushing back TTC until Feb, and the last time I got off of BCP, I didn't have a period for months. I definitely don't want to do that so close to Feb. However, I don't agree with "pulling out is TTC", because I know couples who use only that for years, and it works for them.
Anyways, seeing the negative actually was disappointing.
The same thing happened to me in September. I got AF at 6wks pp and was fairly regular, but then a week after an oops I had a tiny bit of spotting 1 day and AF decided not to show up for 1.5 months for some reason. AF came back with a vengence two weeks ago...
Hope you get the result you want. Good luck.
Totally disagree.
