Christmas lights are up...

I usually hate seeing Christmas stuff before Thanksgiving, but I totally put up all my outdoor decorations today. It was beautiful here, and usually we have snow by now. I took advantage and put our stuff up. It feels weird to have the house with fall decor inside and outside looking like the North pole haha. Oh well, now we can enjoy our weekend instead of decorating like we planned. Anyone else take advantge of the mild fall weather?

I politely disagree.  If we hadn't had people over this weekend, I would've had DH put lights up too.  You have to take advantage of the weather when you can!

Mbenit - side eye my neighbor!!!  They have a huge wreath up year round, they haven't taken it down AT ALL in at least 2 years.

We just finished our lights last night we started on the 1st!

We just can't find a large block of time so we have been doing it in bits and pieces.

Wow, you guys must have a big display! We don't have a ton, it only took me about 2 hours, with a 2yo helper. I can't wait until it gets dark to see how it looks.

I know, I know but my mom is here helping me and I need the help.  I won't turn on the outside lights or put the wreath up I promise!

Our Christmas lights are up, but will not be on until we return from our Thanksgiving trip.  Our wreaths are ready to be hung, but not up yet.

I won't judge as long as your lights aren't on until Friday. I don't blame you for putting them up when its warm.
