Even her voice is so annoying

mil is over and everything about her is worse than nails on a chalk board.  ugh  she just renamed all of G's stuffed animals and told my h to make sure that they are called that from now on.  go home!

    LOL,renaming the stuffed animals...she sounds crazy!

    I told my DH last night that I was sorry, I have tried to like his mother, to forgive her for the things she's done and said in the past but I still can't stand the sound of her voice, the things she says, or the sight of her...so I don't think theres any chance of a happy reunion.

    I could not have said it any better.  everything about her is horrible.

    she just said she wants to make us dinner for tom.  that would be nice if she knew how to cook, or used good ingredients.  ugh  I don't eat her food and at this point I am done being polite about it.  she is not going to leave until we leave today.  we made dinner plans with friends just so she wouldn't stay all night.  OMG!  I am going to lose my sh!t.

    We are forever making up plans to avoid MIL as well!  I'm lucky in that my DH doesn't like her either.  So while he feels he needs to see her occasionally b/c she is his mother, he keeps the visits limited.  And he always gives me the out to go out shopping or something for the day when she is over.  He figures why should we both be miserable :)

    This week she called us over 10 times, one day she called four times in 1/2 hour leaving messages.  She's nuts, get a clue lady, we either aren't home or don't want to talk to you!  (this was actually the case).

    March, if my h was not her only child, I would think that we were talking about the same person.  my h loves seeing her.  he ignores a lot of it, but she is HIS mother, so he is used to the contant comments, complaints, selfish outbursts and fits by her.  she is not even budgin.
