DH is going out tonight and I get to go to bed alone. I am so excited to stretch out and not have to share. I am currently counting down the minutes till he leaves and I can watch whatever I want on TV.

I secretly enjoy going to bed when DH is OOT. We do have separate beds in the same room so space isn't an issue, but he b!tches about my booklight. I try to hide under the covers a bit, but it gets hot.

I love being home alone but I get sad, and a lil scared, to sleep alone. Probably because I do stupid stuff like watch AHS before bed.

Why separate beds? (if you don't mind me asking)

I have some health issues and I have an adjustable bed. We wanted to be able to adjust them separately. They offer a split king which is 2 twin XLs pushed next to each other. We just bought 2 adjustable kings instead to have more room. It's nothing juicy. Sorry:)

DH works swing shifts so every week I get the bed to myself for a few nights. It's glorious!

We have a queen size bed and my 6ft4 DH likes to sleep face down starfish style so I end up either kicking him until he moves over or with a giant deadweight arm or leg on me.

Oh I love sleeping alone! Lucky you. We have a giant California King bed where I barely even touch my DH, but I hate having to listen to him snore. I guess I'm not much of a snuggler. Bedtime is bedtime!
