Weird pee question

This morning when I went to wake up ds2 his room stunk like pee he wears a pull up The weird thing was, it smelled like pee would smell if he had been on antibiotics. He hasn't been on Any for over a month though. Has this happened to anyone else? I am more curious then worried about why it would be so strong.

I'm not sure what antibiotic pee smells like.  If it just smells strong could he maybe have been dehydrated?  Also certain foods can make your pee smell funky.

asparagus or dehydration were the first two things that came to mind
