As I'm looking through the big toy books for different stores, I'm going down memory lane for the toys I loved growing up.
I loved my fisher price little people house. The old one (when they were skinny people) was so much cooler than the one they have now.
I also loved my mermaid barbie with the color changing hair.
Your favorites?
Re: Favorite Childhood Toy
We had the castle! I would play damsel in distress and set people down into the dungeon for hours!
Other than that, I was a really girly kid--barbies and cabbage patch all the way. And American girl dolls when I got a bit older.

Lincoln Logs! I loved to go to my Nana's and play with them.

Old school little people, barbies (big time), dolls/house/fake kitchen
The picture of my actual set is at my moms, but I LOVED my Mickey and Minne kitchen set. It had the sink and oven and a fridge. My dad even made me a table and chairs to go with it. I played with it until it fell apart.
All of this and these.
we had this kitchen set.
I loved toys! I still do
My favorites were...FP Little Peole, we had so many. FP magic burner stove set, glo worms, Cabbage Patch kids (I had a ton), smoochies, care bears (the little plastic ones, I had them all), Strawberry Shortcake dolls, my little ponies, maple town animals, and My Child doll. Probably lots more...I played with toys a lot. My kids have so many toys because I can't help myself
I loved the Mapletown animals! We had a bunch of them as well. I bet you and I are about the same age. There is a independent toy store in my town that still sells the Mapletown toys. I so want to start a little collection for DD. Little people were also the best.
