I'm back - it wasn't a miscarriage!

Some of you who have been here longer may remember I said goodbye 2 weeks ago because I thought I was miscarrying. Lots of bleeding and tissue passed with bad cramps, and my PgAL brain knew for sure I was out.
I had an u/s last Wed. that showed a gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole. We finally went in today to see if a fetal pole and heartbeat had shown up, and we had the wonderful surprise of seeing our little sweet pea's heartbeat!
I'm measuring 6w5d (I have no idea when I ovulated) and my RE says my cervix is nice and closed and everything looks good! I go back in 2 weeks for another check.
I know that I'm not entirely out of the woods yet because I have had a miscarriage after seeing a heartbeat, but I've also had a sweet baby boy after seeing a heartbeat, so my odds are little better right now.
