Clove?

Curious on your opinions on this one. I was throwing around some names out of the baby book and my dh liked Clove. I am not set on it but its different and cute I think.

    Sorry but I am not a fan.  It doesn't sound feminine for a girl, but maybe that is because I can't stop thinking CliveSmile.  What about Hazel??

    I love Clyde! Sorry when I saw Clive Clyde popped in my head. Not a huge fan of Hazel. Thanks for the input tho!!

    When I looked it up it was a unisex name? I would give it to a girl. I like more masculine sounding names for boys.

    Not crazy about the sound of it-- maybe it's too abrupt?

     

    I DO really like Clover for a girl, though.

    I agree with this. Not a huge fan of Clove, although I wouldn't side-eye it on someone else's kid.

    It sounds incomplete to me. I said Clove outloud to myself several times and it just sounded like there should be...more. I hope that makes sense.

    5/06 -2nd baby had no heartbeat at 14 wks.
    D&E - Bled out. Blood transfusions. Week in ICU - Cheated Death!
    Diagnosis: Blood clotting and bleeding disorder, immune issues, & cervical stenosis
    5/10 - 1st IVF cycle - BFN
    FET - 10/12/10 - BFN
    1/11 - IVF with PGD - BFN
    IVF - May - BFN
    6/11 New RE - fingers crossed!
    9/11 - IVF - 4 transferred
    10/13 - BFP!!
    It's a boy! Clint Michael, Due in June!!!
