Hey!  Just saw your page.  I figured I'd start a new post in case you weren't here it'd be closer to the top.

Noah's party cost $200 for 20 kids.  That just includes the facility, their invitations, plain plates, cups, and napkins.  You can order pizza, cake, party favors, drinks, etc. for an extra charge.  You are only allowed to bring in drinks, cake, and dry snacks if you don't do food through them.  We planned Noah's party for 3 pm, so we won't do a meal.  I am using their invitations (because the parents need to bring the signed waiver attached to it), bringing my own cake, plates, cups, napkins and party favors.  It will probably only end up costing around  $300 when it is all said and done.
