 I love those festive pictures of your LO you posted! I saw this on pinterest and really want to try it! I know you said you didn't do anything special, but I still had a couple questions for you. Hope you don't mind taking the time to answer.

Was the rest of the room dark when you were shooting? Was the only light from the Christmas lights?

You said you used a camera phone, did you have a flash or no flash? 

I am so excited to try this! I am worried DD won't sit still long enough, though. Thanks for the inspiration to give it a try!

Hey! OK so we used my phone and DH's phone. while the pics from my phone are a higher resolution it seems, the ones from his phone looked better for what we wanted - softer, if that makes sense. 

Here's one from my phone so you can see what I mean.  

 The room wasn't 100% dark. We have potlights on a dimmer so we just put them pretty low - Id say 20 or 30% light. No flash on either cam. 

As for getting DD to sit still - this was the first time she's seen these lights, so she was pretty content to sit and play with them. I'd say we had max 5 mins between undressing and end of pics.
