I am still.uncomfortable, but it.is nothing compared to how bad it was.right before the amnioreductions. There is.still.a.lot of.extra.fluid, but i.have been.wondering if maybe, just maybe, i am.in the realm of "normal" pregnant with twins, but as i have had had.fluid issues.since 22w, i have no.real.idea what "normal" even.is.
Re: what is "normal" uncomfortable @27w
I am not that much farther along then you and I have no clue if it's "normal" or not but at 27 weeks and now this is how I was/am feeling. My hands and feet swell fast and hurt when they do. I am increasingly tired, everyday my bed time gets earlier and earlier. I am up several times a night because I can't get comfortable. I feel Ike I have menstral cramps almost everyday accompanied by lower back pain and aches. Baby B stays in my rib cage and baby A bounces on my bladder.
I feel like I just had a mini complaining session myself! My doctor warned me during my 27 week appointment that every week was going to become increasingly more difficult and more painful. He is correct so far!
I am just a couple of weeks ahead of you and right around 27 weeks is when I started to feel crappier. I am tired all of the time and the thought of walking even to the bathroom is overwhelming to me most of the time. My hands and feet are swollen and I have a lot of hip pain. I just saw my OB today and she told me what I am feeling is "typical" for 29 weeks with twins and to rest and limit my activity as much as possible. I just remind myself throughout the day that it is going to be worth it in a couple of months when I have my little baby boy and girl in my arms!
I hope you can find a way to get some relief!

I am almost 26 weeks and I can tell you some of it is more than likely normal. This week especially I have slowed down. I get exhausted about 3 hours after being up and moving, my back is screaming, my hands and calves are swelling quite a bit when I am on my feet too long, I can no longer put my own shoes on (unless they are slip on), I cannot bend over etc. My doctor too warned me I was coming into that comfort is fleeting stage.
My biggest recommendation is rest when you can. This has helped me. I also have good days and bad days. Yesterday was a bad day and I was in bed by 8:30 while the day before was a much better day with a lot less discomfort. I now take a bath twice a day (when I get up and before I go to bed) to help my body relax. These have been my saving grace although I can now only take them when my SO is home as I cannot sit back up to get out on my own safely.
I hope you are able to find what works for you to find some relief.

I agree with this. I honestly felt pretty good at 27 weeks. Tired, yes, but not exhausted and I was still keeping up with my DS just fine (playing on the floor, going to the park, going to playgroups, etc). I started feeling pretty uncomfortable between 33-34 weeks....
