I hate to admit that I know there was a Blair on Gossip Girl (as well as a Blair on Facts of Life). We wouldn't be naming our daughter after either one of these characters
Sucks when the husbands get in the way, doesn't it I loved Jordana, but don't think it's happening. My husband was actually the one to suggest Blaire. I was kind of shocked he came up with it.
Doesn't sound snobby to me. I don't usually pay any attention to what people think names sound like though (stripper name, snobby name, etc.). Once you meet a person with name that's the new association anyways.
It used to, then I went to school with a girl and it absolutely did until I got to know her better and now it doesn't at all! I actually love the name, but I know the Blair I went to school was always mocked for "blaring"... it was always one of the first things a teacher said was "i bet you're a talker!" and she hated it.
I like it spelled without the "e" though

Re: Blair/Blaire
No, not really.
Also, I prefer Blaire with an E!
