Ultrasound of my pumpkin and SCH (PIP)

So as promised here is my ultrasound from Friday. I measured 7 weeks exactly (ignore the 13w thing, they still had info from my mc in sept in there...). heartbeat was 127. due date is now one day later on 6/28/13.

Just like in the ER the previous friday they saw a subchronic hemmorage...my dr seems to think it isnt a big deal and told me just no excercise. After some research it mentions no sex, heavy lifting, etc, so i will not be doing that stuff either. I started actually worrying about it today, lol. Dr just didnt really give me details. he did say it wasnt anything to worry about and they have a fu appt the day before thanksgiving for another ultrasound....

so far everything seems great with my lil pumpkin so i need to stop this worry. Like I said I was fine until today.

I started gushing blood at 6 weeks, so I went to the ER. That's where I learned that I had a healthy LO--and an SCH. I went to my OB a few days later, and she said it would either continue to bleed or it would just kind of resolve itself. She said the bleeding could continue at ANY time--even months into the pregnancy. Fortunately, I didn't have another bleeding episode, and the SCH was gone at my next appointment (2 weeks later, I think). I did spot for an entire month, though, which was horrendous.

I hope yours disappears on its own! Bottom line: try not to worry about the SCH. They're so, so common--and if your doctor isn't worried, there's really no reason to be concerned... and if you do have bleeding, obviously make an appointment, but know that it's just the SCH!

Congrats! I also had a SCH discovered around 7 weeks that was gone by the time I had my NT scan. My Dr put me on pelvic rest and told me not to do any heavy lifting. Hope your SCH goes away soon!
