My mom told me when she was pg with me she never had morning sickness and only vomited twice.
I thought I was in the clear but I woke up today with it! No vomiting, just nausea. I don't know how I taught my cycling class! Ugh!!

Re: I thought I was going to skip morning sickness!
Just think of it as a constant reminder that there is a baby growing in there!
I was horribly sick with DD and I know this will bite me in the arse later but I wish I felt at least a little m/s to reassure me I am pg!
The other ladies have been posting about using Seabands and ginger to keep the nausea at bay. I found sucking on Jolly Ranchers and Life Savers to be helpful last time. I was also given Phenergan last time because I was so sick. I hope you feel better and can keep food down!

Definitely try eating apple slices with peanut butter or almonds with fiber one crackers, etc about 30 minutes before you work out. I can only run/work out when I have had a filling snack not long before..... when not pg this is the worst combo for me but right now it's the only way to get through this challenge.
Good luck
