I'm trying to eat more healthy, but I feel like I get sick of the typical healthy foods I buy. What are some of your favorite healthy snacks and meals? I need some inspiration! (Especially for stuff to bring to work!)
Thanks! : )

Some go-to snacks for me are string cheese, nuts (I especially like cashews), dried fruit, granola bar, hummus, and lately I like raw zucchini with goat cheese.

I agree with the first poster: pinterest is great for finding yummy/healthy recipes! I like:
-Kale Chips
-Apple "Nachos" (Just melt the PB/Almond butter in the microwave, and drizzle it on top. You end up using less, and because it's melted, it tricks you - well, me - into thinking it's not your usual dipping the apple into the peanut butter!...You can also add chopped almonds or dark chocolate chips!)
-Raw Almonds
-Cottage cheese and a pear
-Half of an avacado with sunflower seeds in it - just eat with a spoon and enjoy! (I usually love this, but for some reason I'm already having food aversions to only avacados =-P)
Dinner or Lunch:
-Spaghetti Squash (Cut in half, wrap in plastic wrap, microwave each half for 8 min, then cook on stove with marinara/spaghetti sauce and veggies!...I add some parmesan cheese on top too)
-Tacos (vegetarian) ... Cook 1/2 and onion and garlic in olive oil on the stove, add 1 can of black beans and 1 can of tomatoes (drained), heat up, then heat up a wheat tortilla, put bean mixture inside, roll up the tortilla, tear up some lettuce to put on top, top with a dollop of cottage cheese (healthier than sour cream and tastes great!) a little avacado and some salsa!
Sorry a little detailed, but those are some of my favorite healthy meals that I eat all the time...getting sick of them as well because it's been pretty repetitive how much I eat them! So, I will be looking into these posts too =-)!
Another good breakfast idea: fill muffin tins with beaten eggs, cheese, vegetables, and turkey sausage and bake. Refrigerate and then reheat in the microwave each morning for a quick and portable egg bake.

I have a healthy protein bar that I keep in stock loaded with vitamins and minerals that's my easy go to. Peanut butter and apples. Nuts. Fruits. Frozen fruits. Things for a smoothie. healthy meal replacement shake.
I'm taking advantage of Pomegranates being in season and can't get enough of that.

Re: need help from health foodies : )
Pinterest is great for healthy recipes.
Nuts are a great snack, fruit (with a nut butter) green smoothies
You can make your own healthy muffins, homemade banana bread, hard boiled eggs are a great snack. Cut up veggies with hummus, tatziki, etc.
Quinoa salad is great. Chickpeas are also yummy.
We had this soup for dinner earlier in the week. It's really good, freezes well, and you can bring a Tupperware of it to work.
