Baby K'Tan, I love you

We tried out the hug hold this weekend when DH and DD and I were out shopping, and it was ah-maz-ing. She felt so much more secure than she did in tummy to tummy, and she looked around a lot before getting cozy and going to sleep. So we went out for a walk this morning and that was awesome, too! Here's us, with DD in her fabulous cat hat

I never could use our k'tan - hurt my back too much. But I love wearing my baby :-)

I felt way more comfortable in this hold than I did the other, as far as my back goes. We'll see how we do with the others when she's bigger! Which carrier do you use?

Well, um...I may or may not have an addiction and own way too many.  I found the woven wrap love (I have a didymos aqua waves in a 5 and a didymos petrol pfau in a 6), but now that LO is bigger I am loving putting her on my back in the Beco Gemini (or DH's ergo, but I prefer the gemini).  I also have two ring slings that I use for quick trips.  And we still have the k'tan but I haven't used it since the newborn days (DH used it more than I did).  

If DH wouldn't kill me, I'd have a lot more carriers. We have a Boba 3G to try out when she's a little older and I have a ring sling that I'm hoping I'll like better when she's older, too. I love *looking* at the wraps, but I am hopeless when it comes to actually wearing them.
