I've seen it posted several times and I'm just wondering. It sounds like it pertains to some kind of milk. Whole Cow's Milk? If it is, when did you switch and how many bottles a day?
Yep, WCM is whole cow's milk. We are making the switch now. Right now we are doing 1/2 WCM and 1/2 formula bottles (three 8 oz.). Once our formula runs out, we will just do the milk. We started the half and half bottles about two weeks ago.
We started weaning to WCM about 3 weeks ago. Started with 1/4 WCM and 3/4 formula. Then 1/2 and 1/2, then 3/4 WCM and 1/4. He is now only drinking WCM. It's typical to start weaning them at about 11 months old.
DS drinks 4 6oz bottles a day. He's starting to wean off the fourth bottle. Which is great, because once he moves to the 1 year old room at daycare, they do not give them bottles.
