I think you could give a million. Lucia doesn't eat them, but from the ones I've seen, it takes like 75 of them to be a serving size. And the serving size doesn't contain much of anything, if I remember correctly. They seem to be mostly air!
When I do give Jackson them, I mix them with Cheerios and they really are just there to keep him busy while I get food ready. I probably do a small handful of puffs but a large handful of cheerios
I don't really give them as a snack. Usually I put a couple on his tray while I heat up or get food ready. Maybe 5 or 6. I try not to give them every time, I'll switch it up with some grated cheese or a rice rusk (probably basically the same thing) or something else he can grab himself easily. Oh and as bad as it may be I will carry some with me so he can have them if he needs distracted, say at the doctors or church.

My boys love to snack on these between meals. They'll eat 30 or 40 each, easy. There's hardly anything to them and the serving size is about 75, so I don't worry about it. They're pretty much like puffed rice cereal in my opinion. If its not affecting LO's milk intake, I wouldn't worry.
There's two to wash, Two to dry,
Two who argue, And two who cry.
There's two to kiss, Two to hug,
And best of all, Two to Love!
