crock pot question

I am making potatos in the crock pot.  How long do you think they would take to get soft but not mushy?  I will cut them in almost bite size chunksand add cream of mushroom and cheese.  YUMMY!

I just recently made them for the first time in the crock pot and it took a few hours on low.
