Anyone else with no short-term memory?

I went to the store earlier today and as soon as I got home I was like, "Damn! I forgot ____." So I now have to go back to the store and I now can't remember what it was I had forgotten earlier. *sigh*

I need to keep a notepad with me at all times and write these things down.

Short term, long term it is all bad for me.

Lists help and so does having a best friend that can refresh my memory on lots of things too!

LOL. I usually do have a grocery list, but this was more of a spur-of-the-moment trip to use the ATM, so I picked up some things while I was there. I shouldn't ever shop without a list because it's a lost cause.
