I guess I've been more of a lurker but cannot contain my excitement. At my 36 week appt today my ob said I am at 4 cms complete with a "paper thin" cervix and she could feel his head!

So I could walk around like this for another couple weeks. She has set an induction date of nov 19th. She doesn't want me to go to 40 weeks due to my low platelet count. I would much rather do a natural vag birth but not anytime too soon. I want him to be fully cooked. Think I should chill on the red as berry leaf tea?

    Congrats on your progress!  Hopefully you can hold out for another week.

    The Red Raspberry Leaf Tea is only supposed to tone your uterus so that it works more efficiently in labor, so it won't dilate you any more.

    Congrats! I've has 2 friends who were 4 cm for several weeks, but more than likely it will be pretty soon for you.
