Hi there!
I'm 37 yo, and we just found out we are pregnant after three IVF attempts. I already have three children, all via injectables/IUI and IVF. Unfortunately, due to previous medical issues, I've never been *that* person who can conceive a baby after a night of passion. lol
My husband and I always wanted a large family, and four fits us perfectly. We've got a lot of love to give!
We've had a lot of heartbreak also, so this is why I'm being very cautious about posting.
Anyway, we just had our pregnancy confirmation ultrasound today and saw twins. Two sacs, two fetal poles. Our heartbeat ultrasound is next week, but I figured I'd let you all in. I have NO idea what we are going to do with 5 kids, but if i do carry two babies to full term, that is what was meant to be.

RCS on 6/27. Baby boy in NICU for 8 long and scary days before he was able to come home. We are now a happy family of 4
