Just had our 4 month well visit...

And my kid weighs 18lbs!!! She is 25 1/2 inches.

Holy cow! She weighed more than the nurses daughter who is 7 months old.  She almost weighs as much as a one year old. 

I started to have a small panic attack, but the doctor said it was fine since she is 88th percentile for her height. 

She got her shots and has been crying for an hour. She finally fell asleep but is doing that cry sniffle in her sleep. This is going to be a loooong night.

Welcome to the big babies club! My little guy is over 19lbs and 26in, so he's on the bigger side, too. 

As for shots, he didn't have a bad reaction this time since we gave him Tylenol right after his shots, but the first time he slept fine after he finally got to sleep. Good luck!

Wow! Are you and DH tall too? And as for crying all night, maybe not. V had hers yesterday and cried for a while. I gave her Tylenol with her last bottle and she was fine. Good luck!

I'm only 5'3 But DH is 6'1 and 260lbs. Maybe she is more like her daddy after all.
