I stopped BFing in late July, had AF then and then again Sept. 6th. I haven't had AF again but I went in for an u/s to discuss cycling again on Oct. 12th. My RE said that I was "definitely post ovulatory" and had looked like I just O'd.
FF 5 days and I started spotting dark brown and assumed AF was coming, but 10 days later she never showed. I went in to get b/w thinking I either a) haven't gotten AF yet or b) the spotting WAS AF.
The nurse just called me and said my HcG is 23,000 and my E2 is 912 and P4 is 19.5. We have no clue whether it's a healthy pregnancy or not. The RE could have seen nothing on the u/s b/c it was early or b/c it's not in the ute or b/c it's not a healthy pg.
I have to go in for an u/s obviously ASAP so the nurse is just checking w/ a Dr to see when I can. I feel 100% not pregnant btw. How bizarre is this????
TTC in 2008. Stage II/III endo, Hashimotos hypothyroid, low morph (3%).
2 cycles Clomid/Ovidrel/TI/Crinone=BFN.
IUI #1 - 4 Follistim/Ovidrel/IUI/Crinone = BFN.
IVF #1 - Antagonist w/ ICSI 4/10. 17 retrieved, 5DT of 2, BFN 
IVF #2 - Long Lupron w/ ICSI 6/10. 15 retrieved, 3DT of 2, BFFN!!
Lap 7/21/10
IVF #3 - Clomid/Antagonist w/ ICSI 10/10. 14 retreived, 3DT of 3, BFP 10/20 but m/c. No HB 11/15/10 - D&C 11/17/10.
FET - 2 blasts, 1 survived the thaw. Transfer 2/19. Beta #1 3/1 375, Beta #2 3/3 885, Beta #3 3/8 4261, Beta #4 3/11 9005. U/S 3/8 1 sac 1 yolk, U/S 3/16 1 heartbeat 114bpm!
James born Oct. 24th 2011 via c-section at 38 weeks!
Surprise BFP - Jack born April 28, 2013 via VBAC after PTL at 33 1/2 weeks!

Holy Smokes! I was just going to PM you b/c I saw your comment on my post! FX for a healthy baby in there! That is amazing news! I bet you almost fell out of your chair!
(selfishly, I'm taking it as a good sign since we always had our BFNs, BFPs, and our DSs at the same time...I'm hoping I quickly join you on the baby train - LOL!)

Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.

Good Luck! Maybe your RE was off by a few days when he said that you had JUST ovulated? I hope your next u/s is good news!

Baby N conceived after 1 miscarriage and more than 2 years of TTC. Diagnosis was low sperm count. We found success after 3 months of anastrozole to increase DH's testosterone and one IUI.

That's exciting! I hope your u/s reveals a happy little baby growing in just the right spot.
FWIW, I had spotting before I got pos pg tests with both of my pregnancies.
