Flu shot follow up

Well, apparently we could not do the flu mist because we have a newborn at home. Something about it being a live virus in the flu mist. Either way, DD was fabulous! She didn't even flinch and most definitely did not cry during or after the shot. She got a lollipop, a super cool band aid and a sticker with puppies on it.

Had I known she'd be perfectly happy with the lollipop, etc, I wouldn't have promised her ice cream afterwards!

Awesome! I hate watching DD get shots so I'm sure it was a relief she did so well!

Very interesting in regards to the newborn at home. I guess C is not considered a newborn anymore.

but yeah the spray is a live virus which is why they wont give it to pregnant women

Yeah, they didn't say anything to me about Adeline either.  She's almost Edie's height though, so maybe they thought she was also 2.
