NBR: T&P - DH hit by car

Any thoughts and prayers you could spare would be great. DH got hit by a car this morning while he was headed to the bus stop on the way to his first day of his new job.
He has 2 pelvic fractures, tons of scrapes and bruises, and his blood pressure keeps dropping significantly every time he tries to stand up. He's currently admitted to the hospital and we're hoping he feels good enough tomorrow to be released.
Thoughts & prayers would be appreciated. Thanks.
