They let you ride to Grand Ave by yourself?

Yup.  I lived on the South Side past Bay View and they let me take the KK bus all the way to Grand Avenue.  And when my sister got older they let me take her with me too!  I can't even imagine doing that now.

Do you remember the bear who rode on a unicycle across the food court at Grand Avenue?  I miss him.

I only shopped at Grand Ave a couple times, but I know I've heard of that bear. We lived in the boonies, so we mostly went to Northridge before it got bad and closed.
