I am good!! I got a call from a recruiter this am, so I was toying with the interview and posted some ?s about it....hence all the sahm with degree questions. I always feel the need to justify my sahm-ness. I need to just be happy I have the option, and get over it!
How is the house stuff? I replied to your post on the home board.
TGIF!! We are supposed to go out tonight, but the h woke up and puked....lovely. That is supposed to happen AFTER you go out. So, now we probably are stuck at home.
things are going great--poor S is a little yellow-snot face though. ?
I know what you mean--I actually had an arguement with the registration guy when S was in the hospital in feb. he came up to take my info and asked what I did--I said I stay at home--he wrote "unemployed"--well, I about lost it--I said--no, I'm not unemployed...for your information I have a master's degree and could go back to work at any time... I CHOOSE to SAH. well--he still had unemployed on the chart until I insisted he change it to retired! LOL! ?not bad, retired in my 30s. ?
that sucks about your DH and your date. I am supposed to go down to my girlfriend's tonight for a jewelry party--I feel a tickle in my throat plus she's an hour away. ugh!!! IDK. ?

It is really cute! When are the inspections on your place? It is so funny to see places from diff parts of the country. The houses just look so different! How big is this one? It looks spacious! I bet you are so excited for more space. Our rental is smaller because it does not have a study, but we have a gameroom, which is awesome, I just throw all the millions of toys in there, and wa-la! We do not have basements here either,so that is always a trip for me. It is so important up there, huh?
oh yeah--IMHO, gotta have a basement--in a rental... a finished one. it gives you sooo much more room. some of the homes closer to the water don't b.c the water table is too high for a basement. there is one rental on the water that DH likes the look of... we'll see. I'm not sure of the sq footage on that one that I sent you...it's not listed. grrrr!
I just cannot wait to have some more space! ?

Space is good!! A basement would be nice for the extra room, but like zero houses here have them. A house on the water sounds awesome!
Oh, and good news, the h is feeling better, so we get to go out, at least to dinner. Thank God, I need a break from the kiddos for a little while, and some good wine! I am so excited about trying the new restaurants here.
