Mini pill ?

I'm on the mini pill, and I take it nightly at 6pm. I know it's really important to take this one at the same time, so I have multiple reminders on my phone, and so far I've taken it consistently within 30 min of 6pm.

Tonight I left my phone in the kitchen and took a nap, so didn't have it on me when the alarm went off. I remembered about 8pm. Do I need to worry? we DTD yesterday or the day before can't remember.

They said to use back-up birth control if you take it 3 hours or later of your usual time.  I won't worry about the deed you already did getting you pregnant, but I would probably use a back up method for the next day or two just to be safe.
