This Saved My Sleep

I don't remember this ever being mentioned before (might have missed it, though).  DD had her first cold last week and woke up repeatedly, staying up for 3 hour stretches in the middle of the night all week.  I was trying to use the bulb syringe to clear her nose, but it didn't get much, and she screamed bloody murder.  She was barely able to nurse because of being stuffed up.

Yesterday someone recommended something called the nosefreida.  I had heard of it before but never considered it because it sounded gross.  After this week, though, I was willing to try anything.  I got it yesterday, and she slept so much better last night.  It actually clears her nostrils and is much faster.  She still doesn't like me doing it, but she's not screaming at least.  Thought I'd share.

I'm just glad to be a little rested again...

  • I think a lot of people on here use it. Someone on here recommended getting replacement filters because thy found that they were getting sick more and we started replacing the filters each day recently. That thing is awesome!

  • Thanks! DS hasn't had a cold since month 3 but I'm def. going to keep this in mind.
