i get horrible sinus infections a lot and have been sick for two weeks so i finally went out and got a netti pot last week to see if that would help, well i just walked in the bathroom and my daughter was drinking out of it LOL, poor thing was so mad when i told her what it really is and that i have used it already

It is a bottle that holds a saline solution that you can use to irrigate your sinuses.  I've been using one for a few years now and love it.  I tend to get really dry nasal passages in the wintertime and it helps a ton for that too.

I bet she thought that was gross...but make sure you sterilize b/c her germs could grow in the pot and make you sick.  Inhaling seems like the new way to get terrible brain infections, even tho it's pretty unlikely.
