For those that have lowered the crib...

This weekend we are going to lower it to the lowest setting because DH is getting close to pulling up. Did you leave the bed skirt on it? If we leave ours on, it looks like it will drag the ground. If not, then it is so plain! What did you do?

Re: For those that have lowered the crib...

  • Had to lower mine 2 weeks ago.  I left the skirt on, and yes, it drags the ground but I don't care.

  • I lowered mine and left the bed skirt on. What I did was kind of pull the extra material up and tuck under mattress so it didn't drag if that makes sense.

We did this as well.  It doesn't look any different than it did on the highest setting.  Just tuck it so that the skirt is still almost hitting the ground.

  • we don't have a crib skirt yet, but Im actually having one made for the lowest setting, since she'll be using it as a toddler bed for a while.

  • We lowered our crib last week.  I left the bedskirt on.  It is just barely above the floor, maybe an inch or two at most.
