We're going out to Seattle to visit SIL and we're going get pics of all 4 kids done to give to my in-laws for Christmas...we don't have any good pics of all 4 of them and the last time we got pics done of all the grandkids Danny was only 4 months old!
SIL said since Gymbo has a lot of cute stuff, we should just get something there. I have to email her what I want for the boys and then she'll pick out something for her kids(niece is almost 10 and nephew just turned 8)
I'm thinking of this for Alex https://tinyurl.com/8vx4fah
and then this sweater with a white turtleneck and black pants for Danny https://tinyurl.com/8bdbkqs If I go with that, will plain black pants be okay or should he wear corduroy ones since the overalls are corduroy?
Then SIL can pick whatever she wants from the holiday collection for her kids. But is that too much red?

I also like the grey and purple stuff but I'm not sure which pieces I would pick for my guys.
What do you think?
Re: help me dress kids for holiday pics
I like both of the outfits you picked. However, I do not think they "match" the purple dresses. (I posted a little bit about this on the board as well). I think the red with corduroys looks more "dressy casual" while the purple dresses look very formal. I would have her pick something red, white, or green to match those red boys' outfits. I'd also have it be less formal.
Fwiw, I think they should be pretty matchy if you're going to all this trouble anyway. I don't think the red and purple match style wise or color wise. If you are going to give them as gifts and don't have a lot of pics of them together anyway, you might as well make them match. Not brady bunch match, but match. Ha
