Photobook question

For those of you who have done photobooks to cover a year of your kiddo's life roughly how many pages did you end up with?  Just curious.  I'm finally getting around to making one for year 1 and another for year 2 for our parents for Christmas.

I did one last year and it took. me. forever. I'm debating if I want to do another one this year...the end result was AWESOME though.

My book of her 1st year was 30 pages including front and back cover.

I do the shutter fly books which I think are around 20 pages? I do one for each year for each kid. It's been so awesome to watch them grow that way.

I wait until Shutterfly sends me a coupon code for a free book and then do one.  Last year I believe it was 20 pages and was an 8x8.  Like PP said, though, it takes forever.  I also did smaller ones for the grandparents to put in their purses, etc as brag books and I think they were 16 pages.
